Relax and rejuvenate in this family beach front cottage retreat. Situated on a level lakefront property with a private beach, dock and a 20-foot swim to a deep water drop off. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, sunset cocktails on the dock, and quiet evenings in the closed-in porch after the rest of your guests have retired for evening. Ideal for a quiet family getaway or couples/friends retreat for up to four adults and four children. Help make special memories for your loved ones with our natural bonfire pit overlooking the lake, lawn games and one of the most desirable fishing spots on the lake.

The cottage rental includes the BBQ, peddle boat, stand up paddle board, kayak, canoe and beach toys. We have board games, cards, and a TV with DVDs for rainy days. Parking for up to two cars; one of the bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds. There is a public boat launch across the bay, and we are less than a 10-minute drive from the Kennebec Shores hiking trails. Nearest amenities would be in Sharbot lake, approximately 15-20 minutes by car for groceries, food/gas options, LCBO and Beer Store. Starlink Satellite Wifi.

This is our family cottage, not a commercial rental property. I was a super host for another property for five years and this is the first time that we have decided to rent out our family cottage. I trust that you'll treat our home as you would your own.
