Cottage rental includes with it the use of an inflatable boat, an inflatable kayak, a canoe and a pedal boat.
Full Kitchen with microwave, stove, coffee maker and toaster. Full utensils, pots and pans for the renters use.
Clean 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms cottage with a great 2.2 acres private lot and private access to the Bay lake, just across the road.
Included in the rental is a pedal boat, canoe.
Cottage has HD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Plenty of board games, Foosball table and Air hockey table to enjoy.

Take a trip into Bancroft and enjoy the look out from the cliffs, kayak down the York River and if you are a Gem/Rock hound there are local places to buy or search out your own treasures.
Guests will have access to the entire property and along with that they will have access to the private waterfront across the road where there is an additional outdoor fire pit and Muskoka chairs to enjoy and also with private boat launch area into the bay lake. The lake is great for swimming ?? and fishing.
Check in time - 4pm or later on day of arrival.
Check-out time - 11 am or earlier on the day of departure.
Please no littering anywhere on or around the property.
Carports are not accessible.
Please take all the bulky garbage items with you including alcohol bottles and you can leave behind 3 small garbage bags(clear bags only, no other bags are accepted at the waste disposal in Bancroft).
Please leave the used dishes in the dishwasher and used towels in the laundry basket or the washer before leaving. Thank you .
ITEMS OF NOTE THAT ARE NOT SUPPLIED AT THE COTTAGE
* Propane for the BBQ. (There are two tanks at the cottage but we cannot guarantee how much propane will be left from the renters before you. If you use a tank please refill a tank for the next set of renters).
* Not required but a good idea just in case there is an unexpected power outage is to make sure you have flashlights. These are handy both by the campfire and in case of a power outage.
