Bass Lake Bay

This quaint recently renovated cottage sits at the south shore facing west in a lovely little bay on Bass Lake in Rideau Lakes Township. A tranquil spot to sit by the fire pit and watch the sunset and admire the stars. This is a perfect spot for a small family as the water is easily accessed from the shore with a gently sloping sandy/silty bottom. Perfect for little ones to safely enjoy the water.
This lake is not accessible to the public, but the lake's small resort has a boat ramp for Bass Lake cottagers and renters. The lake is locally renowned for it's great pike and bass fishing and is home to Otters, loons and plenty of other flora and fauna.
The water is not potable, but a water cooler is available.

The water from tap is not for drinking, there is a water cooler, but you may want to bring extra. The cottage is on a holding tank, so we ask you don't run the water for extended periods of time.
