High Season Weekly Bookings: High season weeks are initially blocked out to offer priority rebooking to our returning guests (who have until January to confirm). Remaining weeks are opened to new guests thereafter.

DOCK The dock is removed and installed by the marina. We aim to have the dock installed by May1st but this will depend on whether or not the ice has dropped. If the ice drops late in the season, the dock may not be installed until later than May 1st. We aim to have the dock removed by November 1st. However, if the water levels are too low it could be removed in October so the dock does not become grounded. Best effort basis. Cancellations for HIGH SEASON RENTALS, SHOULDER SEASON RENTALS and HOLIDAYS/SEASONAL EVENTS : If the booking is cancelled more than 2 months before the arrival date, the Vacationer is refunded all monies less a 13% cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 months before the arrival date, and the cottage is rebooked, the Vacationer is refunded all monies less a 13% cancellation fee. If the cottage is not rebooked (and the booking is cancelled less than 2 months before the arrival date), there will be no refund. | This place was so much more than expected for the price we paid! It was spectacular and spacious. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Hammond Haven. We were able to celebrate valentine day and family day with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful cottage. Everyone was comfortable in their own bedroom! Personal touches were appreciated. We were able to prepare wonderful meals in a well stocked kitchen. We hope to return next year and highly recommend this place. Thank you for opening your home and contributing to our memories! | My family and I look forward to our Thanksgiving stay at Hammond Haven every year;
the cottage is the perfect size for our large group (and dogs) and the property is so scenic. I love watching the wildlife from the balcony, and this year spotted a juvenile loon while kayaking!
Hammond Haven has ample amenities and is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Adam and Loren are very thoughtful, kind hosts and I am very grateful that they continue to share their beautiful cottage with us :)

| A fantastic week was spent at Hammond Haven with our daughters, their partners and grandchildren. We all said it "felt like home" The cottage had everything we could need inside and at the waterfront. Exceptionally organized and ample room for us to gather or gain some solitude. | This cottage is beautiful, inside and out! We do a ladies cottage weekend every year and we have been at Hammond Haven multiple times and it never disappoints! Beautiful dock with chairs and stunning sunsets, a fire pit brings out starry nights and marshmallows, a volleyball court for the athletes in the group. Very spacious inside, well stocked kitchen, just bring the food! Beds and linens are also top notch! We will be back for sure!
