TESTIMONIALS The lazy cabin will stay in our memories. My son loved the trampoline, the cabin bed, & the masks. It was convenient to stay in the woods but close to the city. -A.S. (Montreal)
Thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at the Lazy Cabin, nestled in the majesty of nature. Cabin is rustic with an artistic sensibility. The lake froze well enough for us to clear a patch and enjoy a skate. We kept the fireplace stoked, keeping us cozy and warm. Well kept roadways and trails in the area that offer a chance to hike with relative ease. -C.B. (Hamilton)
Greg was a great host! The cottage is clean, and has a very original cottage vibe. It's only 20 minutes away from Ottawa so it was really convenient! -K.E. (Toronto)

| Very nice house full of interesting artifacts. I spent several hours just exploring the house itself. The kitchen is packed with everything needed. Greg went above and beyond as the host. We had a great time and considering booking again.

| I've stayed here half a dozen times now (in winter), and it's been fantastic every time. You feel like you're in the wilderness, even though it's easy to get to. It's lovely and cozy, especially with a fire going in the wood stove, and the view out every window is beautiful. We skied right from the front door down to the rail trail, and on other days had easy drives (20 minutes or less) to several different entrances to the Gatineau Park winter trails or the Patinage en Foret skate trail (30 min). There's lots to do outside, and it's a perfect cozy cabin to relax in afterwards! The stay is always too short... Greg is really easy to work with - he's so helpful and accommodating, and responsive to questions before and during the stay. I highly recommend the Lazy Cabin!

| I rented this cottage to escape for 24 hours. The host was very responsive and flexible, the rental process was smooth and easy.
The cottage was warm, quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed long walks on the nearby trails, and slept really well in the loft bedroom.
The cottage is extremely well located, it is well equipped with all you need. The only thing that was not mentioned is that if you want to make a fire in the gorgeous indoor firestove, you need to bring your own wood!
