This luxury waterfront cottage is only a 2.5-hour drive from the GTA. Waterfront Paradise is located on Trent Lakes, in the quaint town of Kinmount, Ontario. Contrary to the name of the town, this cottage is massive. It sleeps up to 18 people making it the perfect getaway for families, couples, or groups. INSTA: @redhavenparadise OUTDOOR AMENITIES (AKA THE PLAYGROUND): At Red Haven Paradise you will have access to every outdoor amenity you could ever imagine: a hot tub, sauna, private beach, 2 large docks, water trampoline, splash pad, 2 kayaks, 2 stand UP paddle boards, volleyball net, fire pit with Muskoka chairs, upper deck with BBQ + outdoor dining furniture, and a lakeside patio/ gazebo with lounge furniture. The cottage is located steps from the water, so you'll never feel inconvenienced going inside in-between swims to grab a cold beverage on a hot day.
Red Haven Paradise is just as magical in the colder months because many amenities like the panoramic outdoor sauna(coming spring 2023), hot tub, and fire pit are available year-round. When it gets cold enough, an ice rink will be available so bring your skates. Snowshoes are also available to guests in the winter months.
When you enter Red Haven Paradise you will be welcomed into an open concept space with heated floors throughout that will likely be bathed in light if you're arriving on a sunny afternoon. The interior is a mix of modern and classic cottage style. There is large kitchen with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. It comes fully equipped with all the small & large appliances & utensils needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends. Spices, olive oil, tea & coffee are provided with compliments.
The open concept living and dining space faces out to the lake for stunning views all day long. The large farm table is great for bringing everyone together at mealtime. You will also have access to a fireplace and 85 inch TV on the main floor. Nothing will be more satisfying than stepping outside into the sun each morning with a hot cup of coffee in hand, and spectacular views of the lake.
We provide clean bedding for each bedroom. For the common sleeping spaces, we will provide blankets and pillows. Towels will be provided.
Paradise isn't complete without a games room featuring a ping pong table & air hockey. You'll find these games in the games lounge area
Because we all need to connect with the outside world, even while in paradise, WIFI and cable TV are provided.

It might be hard to leave Red Haven Paradise once you're there, but for those who love to explore, you will be happy know that we are located close to lots of local activities in all seasons.

The marina is less than 5 minutes away in the event that you want to launch your own boat or seadoo in the water.
RULES TO AGREE UPON ONCE RENTING THE COTTAGE:
1. It is a family cottage, so NO PARTYING AT ANY POINT! (if you chose to break this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and your security deposit forfeited)
2. No smoking inside the cottage (if you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave the butts on the ground) - additional cleaning of $250 will be charged in the event any butts are found
3. No smoking in the outdoor sauna
4. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise/music levels at a minimum past 10 PM
5. Please note all water sports and activities are to be used at your own risk! There will be various lifejackets to use, however, it is mandatory that anyone who uses the watercraft must wear a lifejacket. It is encouraged to bring your own to guarantee a lifejacket will fit
6. If the outside patio furniture or chairs are moved throughout the day, please put everything back where they belong by the end of the day. This is to ensure that none of the furniture is picked up by the water current or changes in active weather.
7. No PETS are allowed on the property.
8. IF GUESTS FAIL TO DISCLOSE NUMBER OF GUESTS ATTENDING, ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT IS HELD WILL BE FORFEITED AND GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND (NO additional guests are allowed to come up for the day other than whoever is disclosed on reservation)
9. No glass at hot tub or sauna at any point
10. Please note there are outside security cameras and an indoor noise monitoring system

Our stay at this luxury lakefront cottage was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful surroundings. The Scandinavian hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights?ideal for unwinding as a group or enjoying a quiet moment of relaxation. Loved singing by the fire and kayaking on the water. If the weather permits, swimming in the lake is amazing! Whether you're sharing laughs with friends, having a romantic evening as a couple, or creating lasting family memories, this place is a haven of comfort and tranquility.
The cottage is beautifully designed, with modern touches that make you feel right at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating the perfect blend of luxury and coziness. We left feeling completely refreshed and already planning our next trip back.

| This rental was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I rented a cottage with these owners in January 2024 for a different cottage they own - about a month out the stop answering and responding to any emails. 3 days before the trip, they switch the original rental and due to 'maintenance' (which is consistent with other negative reviews from this company). When we show up to the cottage, many things are broken - which I emailed right away, and they still tried to blame me for. There is no AC, there was a garage filled with garbage and bugs. The house is also listed for sale. Then it took the company way past our agreed upon terms to give back my very large, security deposit. DO NOT rent from these people.

| This cottage is very well kept, well cared for and most of all very well sized. We were a larger group and there was a ton of room for everyone.
The owners were very responsive and extremely helpful both during and after the booking process.
We liked them so much that we are making reservations with them again. 10/10 recommend them for your cottage rental needs.
