- great 4-wheeling trails. The Algonquin West ATV Club has over 200km of trails, over 80% of these trails are actual trails, deep in the bush, mainly on crown land. These are the best ATV trails in Ontario, in our opinion. Day, weekly and yearly trail passes can be purchased nearby.
- a 2 min river cruise from the property will take you to The Doe Lake water system (Little Doe, Middle Doe and Big Doe). These gorgeous lakes are great for tubing, water skiing, fishing and my favourite swimming.

Bring your boat and park at our boating dock. There is a free public ramp located just down the road by the beach + lots of room at the cottage for your truck and trailer.
Besides our boating dock, we also have a swimming dock where you can dive in and enjoy the deep (18ft) clean water right outside your door. Or take a slide down the water slide, it's super fun!!

Accessibility:
There are about 5 steps from the deck to enter the home and 3 steps to enter the family room. The bedrooms are stairs-free.
The hallways and doorways are not very wide therefore may not be wheelchair accessible
GUEST ACCESS:
Direct access to the riverfront. There is parking on the driveway for 5 vehicles. No access to washer/dryer (there is a laundry facility 8 min drive away).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Guests must bring their own:
- towels for hand, bath, beach, hot tub (bedding sheets provided)
- shampoo and body wash
- life jacket (we provide a few for guests but limited supply and sizes)
- mosquito/insect repellant
- coffee/tea/groceries/pantry items
2. Fast fibre internet in the main cottage. Internet does not always reach the Guest House
3. There is a limit of four (4) bags of garbage at the end of your stay (including recycling). Any additional bags over the limit of 4 will need to be taken with you. A disposal fee of $25 per bag will be charged to guests for additional garbage bags left behind. Thank you for reducing waste.
4. Cottage runs on a well system. Please time showers accordingly and kindly conserve water usage. Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. Please do not put food scraps or cooking oil down the kitchen sink. We have a UV filtration system and water is safe to drink.
5. Not included: ATV, Pontoon, Towels, Washer, Dryer, Water Trampoline
