A slice of heaven! Sandy beach, 40 ft long dock, fendock for rowboat and canoe, paddleboat option. Cottage sleeps 4 and bunki option can sleep another 2. Three levels offer bay views on three acre lot: level waterfront, approx. 24 stepping stones to stairs to the cottage, more stepping stones up to parking area and grassy private level parkland and forest at the rear of the lot. The lane is privately owned and offers three distinct views of the main body of the lake from second tier. We are a major part of a peninsula. We are a 15 minute drive to Westport for shopping. We are midway between Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. This is a spring fed lake of about 87 cottages and warmer than the other larger bodies of water nearby because the lake is spring fed. Guests bring scuba gear or rent a houseboat or kayak. The lake is 87 ft at the deepest. Bring bedding: double bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases. towels, facecloths, dishcloths and dishtowels-except for the bunki. Kitchen includes blender/crock pot, toaster...Three coffee makers: percolator, drip, French press. There is a lending library of videos. CO monitors. Fire extinguisher. Note: We are on a peninsula on Burridge Lake and the highest point on the lake giving wonderful lake and bay views from our right of way. NOTES Price is for 4 persons. Extra persons must stay over in the bunki. Minimum rate is $50/night in bunki for 1 or 2 persons. Options available are pet ($75/wk or less). We request the pet have their nails clipped so as to not scratch the new hardwood floors. Cancellation means 100% refund of deposit minus administrative fee of $50 up to 45 days prior to rental. Maximum rent for cottage for 1 week (June- Oct 10) is $1000 for up to 4 persons. Bunki (2 single beds) and pet are options.
