| Booking with Karen was great - she was so enthusiastic about our girl's trip and provided extensive details in communication and at the cottage. The cottage has pretty much everything you could think to need. We were able to relax comfortably inside on the couch and arm chairs; chatting, laughing, playing some board games, and watching tv. We cooked and prepared food and drinks with ease (particularly loved the ice maker for drinks!). We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and had a couple of gorgeous sunsets. Lots of dragonflies to keep the mosquitos away, and fireflies at night made everything more magical. My friend loved paddleboarding, and we enjoyed relaxing on the dock.
We will definitely keep the Hay Bay Lakehouse in mind for future years!

| All i could say is if you want a comfortable place to relax and put up your feet this is the place you need to be at. The Cottage is very clean and Karen is available at any time for any concerns or questions.

| This place was great for our weekend, it has everything you need from the kitchen supplies to the outdoor equipment. The description in the post is very accurate, everything included in the description is real. We went with kids and they have a great time in the big property and spacious house. We also went to the Sandbanks National Park (58 min away driving) and that's also great it terms of location of this cottage. Last but not least, Karen is an excellent host, she answer all my questions and doubts since the booking until the last minute of our stay. Thank you so much for all your attentions and nice accommodation.

| Our family stayed here for our cottage week and it was amazing. The views, the waterfront, the home, the spacious yard for all plus the dogs. Close to town but not too close! Close to the sandbanks for a day trip. Close to Kingston for those rainy days to take the kids in for some adventures. We have cottaged for 20 years and have been travelling around the last few years looking for the right cottage to fit all our needs as our family grows and this is it. Can't wait until next year! And already looking to winter book!
