Close to Long Point Beach and with spectacular views of the inner bay, Cotes du Rowan is a bird watchers paradise. This restored century cottage complete with a heated swimming pool is nestled in private and beautiful gardens in the village of Pt. Rowan. Its a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. Need somewhere to unwind? Sometimes all it takes is a moment of connection to see the world differently. Your host will help you engage with local experts for historic, art and architecture walks, guided Forest walks and mushroom identifying hikes. Wellness activities feature aromatherapy, manicures, pedicures, yoga.....all tailor made for your group. The gardens hold Carolinian species and rare trees, the house is full of original artwork - some for sale. Cotes du Rowan has 3 bedrooms (King bed, queen bed, double bed) 2 bathrooms and a gas heated swimming pool. There is a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and a library with a day bed for napping or meditation. A front sunroom is excellent for watching the sunset. Restore your bond with nature. Stroll through the mature gardens, relax in the heated outdoor swimming pool or simply sit on the hill's edge watching birds or boats and look for the neighborhood eagle. Its a short walk to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to beaches, hiking trails and wineries. Although the principle King bedroom and main bathroom are on the main floor, the house has steep stairs to the second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom so may not be suitable for very young children or people who have some mobility challenges. The main floor library has a twin size day bed. Its private enough to be used as a bedroom. | We stayed for 3 nights, and it was one of the best cottage getaways we've had. We were visiting from Atlanta, Georgia, and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is large, beautifully maintained and has an awesome pool with a fantastic view that made it hard to leave. Whether we were relaxing by the pool in the day or watching the evening sky, the setting was absolutely unforgettable. One of our favorite parts was the location. It was an easy walk into Port Rowan, and we loved strolling into town for ice cream, wandering around the marina and soaking in the local atmosphere. Port Rowan has plenty of quirky characters that give it a unique charm. We were also a quick drive to several vineyards. The cottage itself was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. It was stocked with high-end appliances, premium toiletries and all the little extras that made a real difference. Unlike many rentals that can feel like they're set up to be the same experience over and over, this felt like staying at a family member's home—warm, welcoming and genuinely cared for. Rasa was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming and attentive without ever being intrusive. She made us feel right at home and was wonderful to communicate with throughout our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with a beautiful view, fantastic pool and the convenience of being within walking distance of town, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

| My husband, my daughter, myself and my dog Dolce had a wonderful 3 night mini vacation at this most charming, artsy , surrounded by nature amazing cottage. From the bath products to basket of goodies everything was thought through. The pool was great, the barbecue worked well, but the biggest hit for us were the beautiful trees and gardens surrounding the place. So peaceful , with short breaks for yet one more fifa game. Loved it, will be definitely returning in the future.

| We had a wonderful winter stay at Cotes du Rowan. The lake view was absolutely stunning and
made our visit even more special. With the chilly weather outside, we especially enjoyed the
cozy fireplace in the living room and appreciated how everything was easily laid out; ie. controls
conveniently placed alongside the television, suggestions for local attractions etc.
My husband made the most of the comfortable chesterfield, even sneaking in a relaxing nap
under a cozy blanket.
We were also delighted by the thoughtful goodie basket in the kitchen,
filled with locally sourced treats—the cookies were especially delicious!
The bedroom was equally inviting, with a very comfortable bed and a handy full-length mirror,
which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay. We would happily recommend Cotes du Rowan to
anyone visiting Port Rowan.

| As a retired professional couple, we have travelled extensively and experienced many rentals in different countries but cannot speak highly enough about Cote du Rowan. The cottage is quaint and comfortable, with a huge master suite on the main floor with access to the deck and pool. The bathroom has lovely l'Occitane spa products that were a pleasant surprise. The kitchen is well equipped with an extensive selection of cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and serving platters. Our hosts, Marc and Rasa greeted us warmly and shared useful information about the local area and shared samples of local products. Thank you Rasa and Marc for making our stay so wonderful.

| We so very much enjoyed our stay at Cotes du Rowan. It felt just like visiting Grandma's house! Enjoying drinks and dining on the back deck overlooking the spectacular views of the marsh and bay, playing with the grandchildren in the heated pool, reminiscing about good old days in Port Rowan with close family, and watching the full moon rise over Long Point peninsula -- this venue supplied it all! Strolling the grounds and discovering the old pump, and sharing good times in this well-equipped environment could not have been better. A homey experience in a comfortable setting ... just what these busy University of Toronto folks were looking for. Hosts are terrific and very accommodating.
