This 2-acre estate-like property has 302 feet of wade-in waterfront and sand beach on Shadow Lake. The huge dock, capable of handling your own boat mooring, is perfect to view 180-degree vistas. It is a great lake for all boating activities. Boat docking (one boat) is totally free for the rental time of the client's stay at the cottage.
Your accommodation is a fully furnished and equipped cottage with designer interior. Work remotely with a reliable internet connection that satisfies professional needs. Also provided is a full suite of television programming. Enjoy a private, detached gymnasium available for your scheduled use. It is both air-conditioned and heated.

| If you are looking for a beautiful lakefront getaway in a park-like setting complete with an absolutely fabulous and charming cottage to spend your nights, this is the spot people! From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by John and Gail for a tour of the grounds, waterfront and cottage. There was not a single detail overlooked in the design and build of the cottage and we truly felt like we had all of the amenities of home and more. Kayaking and paddle-boarding around the massive dock and especially to the rock island "Alcatraz" (where we jumped off into the lake) are memories the kids will have forever. Whatever we needed, Gail and John were there for us too! Everything you need (groceries/restaurants/shopping) is just a few minutes away as the cottage is right between the quaint towns of Coboconk and Norland, but you still feel completely hidden from the hustle and bustle when you're sitting on the dock in the sun. We loved our vacation at Shadow Lake, thanks again for everything John and Gail!

| Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Shadow Lake! This property is private, quiet and beautifully landscaped. There are many places to sit and enjoy the lake. Clean and comfortable accommodations are assured. Our hosts were truly warm and welcoming representatives of this scenic tourist area of Ontario. An amazing area to explore and an awesome getaway location.

| The guest cabin was decorated to truly excellent standards , the host and hostess were very attentive.The cabin was outfitted with absolutely everything from cookware, towels, bedding and even Nespresso coffee pods. Nothing beats starting the day with a fresh coffee on the deck or dock overlooking the lake. Shadow Lake is very picturesque and well worth kayaking or boating to tour.
