Welcome to ?Beauty on the Beach? a new Laurentia Beachfront ( St Laurent) rental for 2023! This lovingly restored cottage has been updated with calming shades of blues, cream & grey and you'll relax the moment you enter the door. Attention to detail is apparent throughout to ensure you enjoy a carefree holiday. The large great room has a new well-equipped kitchen with a huge window overlooking the lake ( makes washing dishes an enjoyable task - not to worry, a dishwasher is included ). Banquette seating and additional seating at the kitchen island. Large living area includes ample seating, a 55? tv (Bell Smart tv), Wi-Fi and lots of games, books and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. All three bedrooms are a good sized with comfy mattresses for a great nights sleep.

There are two exterior decks. The roadside deck includes a sectional for having a morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The beachfront deck includes a conversation set as well as a dining table to accommodate your group. The deck overlooks a large lawn with steps down to a huge beach and bonfire area. The surfboard shower is sure to be a
hit!!

Laurentia Beach tends to be shallow and is ideal for small children. Be prepared for some of the most spectacular sunsets as this cottage faces due west. If watching waterfowl is your thing you'll enjoy watching pelicans, geese, seagulls and sandpipers flying above and perched just out in the water .
