Welcome to Cottage by the Bay of Cocagne, we are located in Cocagne NB, 3O from Moncton, 20 minutes from Shediac & Bouctouche. Cocagne is a small but charming village along the Acadian Coast. This large newly renovated waterview beach house has an amazing panoramic view to the Cocagne Bay and historical Cocagne Island. The private beach is located only a short walk away. This house is perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaway and special occasions. Experience tranquility while still enjoying comfort & many close tourist destination.
This is a large 4 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms fully renovated 2 level house. The luxury modern beach house is located on 4 acres of land with a beautiful panoramic water view to The Bay of Cocagne. A full- functioning kitchen with a large island and a dishwasher. The kitchen table area accommodates 8 guest plus we have 4 stools at the large kitchen island. This space has a 6 people outdoor hot tub that is available September to June, NO hot tub July & August. You have access to a private beach that is located just a short walk away. At the beach we have a large floating island that the guest can use during summer (July & August). In the summer you can rent a kayak and go to the Cocagne Island and around the bay. (We have 4 kayaks that we rent.)
The nightly price is based on a double occupancy, extra fee may apply for extra guests.
We are pet friendly but must be approved by host prior to booking and fee applies.
