| We loved staying at Baptiste Lake! The cottage had everything we could have asked for, the cottage was beautiful and private, the lake had amazing swimming, with deep water and no weeds and it was a short drive into Bancroft. We stayed for a full two weeks and loved our time there. Janice is very responsive and provided all the information we needed! Thank you!

| We would definitely recommend this truly stunning authentic post and beam cottage on beautiful clean and clear Baptiste Lake for a premium cottage experience. The well equipped gourmet kitchen and gas barbeque makes preparing meals a breeze which you can enjoy either on the large wrap around deck overlooking the water or in the spacious dining room. The well treed property is incredibly private from its neighbors yet Bancroft with all its amenities is only a short 15 minute drive away. Weed free Baptiste Lake makes for great swimming and can be easily explored with the provided canoe or kayak. The hosts are amazingly accommodating with lots of suggestions on things to do in the area and even built special dog stairs off the dock so our labradoodle could enjoy the water with ease.

| We enjoyed our week at this beautiful cottage on Baptiste Lake. There was great swimming off the dock and we had fun with the kayak and canoe. The forest provided great privacy from neighbouring cottages. There was a convenient ramp for our dog to enter the water as there is no gradual entry point along the shore. The kitchen was well equipped with quality pots and pans etc. Close to Bancroft for supplies. Number of stairs to the lake might be an issue for some but we were fine with them. The cottage was clean and the owner was great to deal with. Would recommend this cottage.

The lake is one of our cottage's best features as it is the largest lake in the area, has deep clean water with absolutely "no weeds" around our dock and is well-known for great fishing and boating. We love the privacy of our cottage too and the dogs sure seem to love the ramp we built for them last year. Thank you for commenting on the cleanliness of our cottage!
