This stunning new cottage is situated on Lake Manitouwabing with over 600 feet of shoreline on one side and the unique feature of having another 600 feet on our private back bay where the cabin is situated for the most beautiful sunsets. Featuring a massive dock large enough for the whole gang to take in the sun, enjoy swimming with deep clear water or take a kayak or paddle board out for a spin. This appealing design with amazingly high ceilings and windows everywhere reveals all the beauty of the surrounding nature with no neighbour in sight. HUGE deck allows space for outdoor meals, Hot Tub, Cooking, Sunning, covered porch and even Cornhole games. There are 2 buildings with the Main and the Cabin: Main has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 ppl Cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom to accommodate up to 5 ppl Fully equipped with a chefs kitchen, fireplace, games and a laundry room. Located just 15 mins from Parry Sound, 10 mins to Georgian Nordic Center, 7 mins to McKellar General Store and 15 mins to the awarding winning and truly stunning Ridge on the Manitou Golf Course situated on the lake itself. Included are linens, towels, washer/ dryer, barbecue, patio furniture, life jackets (8 generally sized life jackets/no children sizes provided), kayaks, paddleboard, TV for connecting to a laptop and 2 fire pits with remarkable views.

Extraordinary Cathedral Ceilings with wall-to-wall windows exposing the view from everywhere, an oversized fireplace, cozy seating, and a walkout to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with seating for four and stainless-steel appliances and a Coffee Bar. The dining room has a large table seating 10.
It would be hard not to have the best stay ever here. If you need something a little different, we are flexible, just ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

| We've had the pleasure of staying here a few times, and each was exceptional! Every detail of the cottage, inside and out, has been thoughtfully curated and immaculately maintained. Family and friends alike have enjoyed all of the fabulous on-site amenities - rope swing was a fav, and many hours were spent jumping off the gorgeous dock and lily-pad. For quiet contemplation we enjoyed kayaking, or just lounging with a coffee on the stunning wrap-around deck. The spacious bunkie was perfect for our daughter and friends, complete with their own deck to enjoy views of the lake, while we hosted our son's friends and families more than comfortably at the main cottage. We cannot recommend this slice of paradise enough and look forward to more visits in the near future!

| We had a large family group stay here. It was such a good trip!
The cottage is exceptionally well thought out in design, the conveniences were just perfect and everything right at your finger tips. The deck is stunning which had a great hot tub and a high table where everyone could hang out, the other side of the deck had comfy lounge chairs. The doc is beautiful with toys and nice deep water. The dogs had a blast jumping off the dock to catch a ball. Our hosts were so kind and always at the ready to help out or answer questions. The grounds were lush and so peaceful. The beds, OMG the beds! We've never slept so well. Best part was we could bring our dogs. I can't say enough good things, we had a great trip. Possibly another one in the future. Thank you Patrick!
