Grand Bend adorable cottage about a 10 min walk to Grand Bend Main Beach. 3 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 8 adults, maximum capacity is 10 with children 12 years and younger. Lots of parking, wifi, central air, backyard fire pit, natural gas BBQ. Linen, blankets, pillows, bath towels: all are NOT provided. I do provide tea towels, dish cloths, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies. Toilet paper and paper towel to get you started, is provided. The kitchen will have some basic seasonings, coffee, coffee beans, tea, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, coffee bean grinder, french coffee press. The kitchen is stocked to cook and serve, has fridge, stove, mic, dishwasher, ice maker. There is a back yard fire pit with chairs, benches and a picnic table. Weekly rental in July/ August, arrival is Saturday. May/June/Sept is a 2 night min, can negotiate arrival day and time. October to end of April is a winter rental, and rented for 2024 winter season. We keep our prices low for you. We have been cottage owners in Grand Bend for over 30 years, our overhead is low and that is why you get a beautiful little house for the price we charge. No extra costs for cleaning, we ask you leave the cottage as you found it. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce in Grand Bend and we are licensed as a Short Term Rental in Lambton Shores. Playground is a short walk down the street. Pinery Provincial Park Pass can be borrowed. The Chamber of Commerce has lots of activities including golf, mini golf, live theatre, water sports, and outdoor entertainment. https://grandbendchamber.ca/ .The village of Grand Bend has water activity rentals, the beach has a kid's water park. Lots of restaurants, breweries, wineries and shopping in Grand Bend and the area. | Excellent amenities, close to the beach but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main st. Everything was in good condition and well decorated. Only issue was a lack of land to play outdoor games but owners allowed for accommodations for that.
