- A BEAUTIFUL 4 season Pine interior cottage located in a cozy cove on the pristine waters of Lake Erie. Avoid the busy highways, only a 45 min Drive from Hamilton. Enjoy your morning coffee or a evening Sundowner drink from the second floor Balcony, Dock Platform or from our deck overlooking the lake. - Go kayaking, paddle boarding,enjoy some good fishing on the lake, 2 Kayaks, 3 kids kayaks, 2 paddle boards. (Must bring your own fishing supplies) Relax in the warm water but remember your water shoes as The shore is a little rocky but around 10ft out its sandy and there is a nice sandy beach called the "California Beach" by locals within a 5-10min walk. - Enjoy the games room with family and friends. - There are 2 Bathroom that each have a shower, toilet and sink and there is a half bathroom on the top floor. - Kitchen comes with all cutlery and cooking utensils, pots and pans. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven and stove top. There is a double door refrigerator, wine fridge and icemaker. Several small towns in the area to visit such as Port Dover, Selkirk, Fisherville and Dunville which lays beside the Grand River ,several nearby Golf courses, Restaurants and the Cayuga Motorsport racetrack a short drive away - Bed linens provided (one set only), please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels. - Cistern Water Tank/ Holding Tank

| We used to rent a cottage in Muskoka for 8yrs and the owners sold it so we were thinking well it will never be the same now but we spent a weekend at this cottage with my family and the cottage was warm and comfy with such nice vibes, we really love the cottage and Carla is such a nice host,thank you so much and we will definitely be back.

| We had a fabulous weekend away at this beautiful cottage right on the water. This place was extremely clean and well kept. It accommodated our group and had all the amenities needed. I would highly recommended this place and I will definitely be going back.
