View to the beautiful Bay and historical Cocagne Island, the Island is a blue heron sanctuary and one of the nicest kayak routes in NB. This cozy rental is located in a very quiet environment. Perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaways, special occasions and summer vacation. Experience privacy & tranquility while still enjoying comfort & and many close destinations.

This charming cottage is fully equipped to be your home away from home. We are located in a small town called Cocagne in New Brunswick. It's a Canadian rural community in Kent County (Off the RTE 535). We are located close to Moncton (30 minutes) , Shediac (20-25 minutes) and Bouctouche. This is a 2 bedroom cottage with a full- functioning kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen table area accommodates 4 guest. This space has a 4 people outdoor hot tub that is available from June- September, closed July & August. You have access to a private beach that is located just a short walk away. We are pet friendly but must be approved by host and fee applies. The nightly price is based on a double occupancy, extra fee may apply for extra guests.
