| Our visit at Harvey Shores Cottages was nothing short of wonderful. Scott and Lisa are thoughtful and attentive hosts who provide a beautiful space that is full of amenities to allow for a restful vacation. The cottage is beautifully decorated and reflects the coastal theme. Many of the decor items are from local artisans, a nice touch. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare all your meals. The beds are clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay is the beach. Everything you need from chairs, to sand toys, to kayaks is provided. We brought many of these items ourselves but can save ourselves a lot of space when we return because Scott & Lisa have thought of everything. Water shoes and snorkels are highly recommended. We enjoyed endless strolls along the beach. The cottage is located in a rural area, offering privacy and relaxation. The cottage is sprayed for mosquitoes, making outside time enjoyable all day long.

| We (me, my husband, daughter and son-in-law and two kids) stayed at this cottage at the end of June 2025. It was an incredible experience. The scenery was beautiful, sunrise and sunset view were breathtaking. The beach, just a short trek down a very gradual slope was a mix of sand and rock and provided hours of fun. We went sea glass hunting, gathered shells and rocks. Even the 2 rainy days were gorgeous.
The cottage was warm and inviting. And the screened in porch was a great spot to relax and enjoy the rain on those 2 days. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The one bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for the kids, even with the fighting for the top bunk.
We're looking forward to going back next year.

| Harvey Shores cottage was great, we fortunately had great weather which probably enhanced our stay. For us a 12 hour drive, but once we were there realized it was well worth the trip, pet friendly for us was a must. We were a family of 6, older +30 crowd. Located on the Northumberland straight was perfect for us, the water was warm and we enjoyed the exploring of both the low and high tides. Low tide reveals a fantastic sand beach directly out from the cottage. We brought paddle boards that were in constant use, I would suggest some snorkeling gear, the water is crystal clear. Bring water shoes as well. The cottage is well equipped with very useful information about the area. We collected mussels and oysters and had daily feasts. We had planned to do a few day trips while we were there but ended up only going once to PEI which was great, there was just so much exploring to do along and in the waterfront we didn't have time for more outings, hanging out on the beach was the best. Louella's Country Market just a 2 minute walk is a bonus, you can pick up essentials there, the hosts are the best. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Note: there are no laundry facilities, however this did not affect us though it may affect others.
