Welcome to Fusion Cottage: The cottage that tastefully blends traditional charm with modern upgrades. Recently Renovated! Located just 55 minutes west of Kanata/ Ottawa.
This quiet, family-owned, private waterfront property is located on White Lake, Ontario - a lake known for it's clean water, wonderful swimming (WEED-FREE swimming at our dock), fishing, and relaxed atmosphere.
Fusion Cottage has everything you could desire including multiple docks, raft, decks overlooking the lake, kayaks, WIFI, screened gazebo, Generator.
The southern exposure makes the dock and decks favourite spots to relax.
The cottage includes a sunroom, large *NEW* kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 *NEW* bathroom. In 2023, we decided to rent our cottage out for a few weeks per season. We were fortunate to have a very good experience with the renters. So! We will try it again in 2024. We are looking for people who will take care of our cottage as if it were their own, leave it as clean as they found it, therefore we are screening for appropriate renters. (No parties/events please)

Our family had a wonderful time at Fusion Cottage on White Lake. Every amenity was taken care of, from the pristine waterfront to the phenomenal kitchen. There was plenty of parking space for our cars, a slip for our boat, and easy access for us and the kids to get in and out of the water. It was nice and quiet at nighttime, the views are gorgeous, and we will be back every year!

Nearby Stores: White Lake General Store (20 min), Pakenham General Store (25 min), Pakenham Nicholson Sundries (25 min), Pakenham Scoops Icecream (25 min) and Arnprior.
Fusion Cottage is conveniently located 55 min from Kanata/Ottawa, 2.25 hours from Kingston, 4.5 hours from Toronto and 3 hours from Montreal.

** Pricing is for 4 people. Maximum of 6 people are permitted on the property (extra fees apply for the 5th and 6th person)
*** This property is not recommended for children who are non-swimmers, due to the depth of the Lake.
**** Renters are responsible for bringing their own bed sheets, pillow cases, and bath towels. Owner will supply beach towels, dish towels/cloths.
***** Renters are requested to leave the cottage and property as clean and organized as they found it.
* Garbage and Recycle removal prior to departure is required.
* Cottage provides drinking water via Reverse Osmosis water filtration system
