Welcome to our lovely Beach House located in Tiny, Ontario. We rent May until mid-October. If you are interested in making a booking, please send a request with all your information and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note in July & August we rent Friday - Friday, with a minimum of 1 week stay. 3 Bedroom, 2 x 1/ 2 baths, Sandy Beachfront With Gorgeous Views of Blue Mountains.

90 minutes from Toronto or Parry Sound (between Blue Water Beach and Balm Beach)

10 minutes from Midland (Superstore, quaint downtown area, Wye Marsh, Martyr Shrine, St. Marie Among the Hurons, shops and restaurants, live dinner theatre, movie theatre, bakeries, boat tours, fishing charters etc.).
3-5 minutes from Balm Beach (arcade, ice cream, restaurant, convenience store/LCBO, jet ski rentals etc.)
This lovely, bright and clean cottage offers:

| This 'Tiny Cottage' is nestled along the water with beautiful views of Georgian Bay. It is very tidy and cozy with comfortable beds. We appreciated the ceiling fans and AC for the very hot days we had. The walk out from the eating area to an ample deck which had shaded seating areas and outdoor dining table and BBQ gave lots of options for morning/evening coffee and drinks. The propane fire pit was welcome on those cool evenings while we watched the sunset. The sand beach with covered sun shade was beautiful and the overall area was quiet while we visited. There are many toys that come with the cottage to keep everyone busy - kayaking was our favourite!
Overall, a place we would return to again.

| We enjoyed a perfect sunny week here! The beach, large property and Georgian bay views are the most beautiful we've ever experienced, having rented on these shores for many years. The bay and sunsets restore the soul. Cottage is cute, airy, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Kayaks and paddle boards were an added treat.
Lynne is a lovely, helpful host and even provided a box of supplies topped off with a bottle of wine! We will definitely be back to this lovely TinyBeach House.

| We had a wonderful stay at Lynne's cottage and will definitely be returning. The location can't be beat, with direct access to a private beach and shallow clear water for the kids to play in all day. It is also a very walkable location and we often walked to a nearby park and playground. The deck is great for outdoor meals and has loungers and a sectional to relax on. The cottage is very clean and functional, with a fantastic view of the bay. A great find!

| Our family enjoyed a wonderful week here at the end of August. The cottage is as described with many upgrades and it really has everything you need to relax and take in the beautiful beach and surroundings. There is something for everyone - water toys, beach side cabana, grass area for games and an oversized deck for bbqing and meals outside. We had to delay our arrival and Lynne was incredibly accommodating. Waterfront is sandy and shallow - perfect for families. The boat launch is across the small bay, provides some excitement for littles and place to launch if you have a boat. Dont delay - book today!!

| My family and I had wonderful week at the tiny beach house.
The cottage is a perfect cozy cottage which feels intimate but also had tons of sleeping space for the whole family.
The beach is the best, you can not beat it!
Our hosts were always available to answer any questions and even suggested fun local activities for us to do.
There are tons of books games and outdoor toys for everyone to enjoy.
We will definitely be returning!
