This newly renovated vacation home offers everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable any time of the year. Located in Kingsville, ON which boasts some of the warmest waters on Lake Erie, as well as great fishing. It's a cool quaint little town that offers something for everyone including nearby Point Peele National Park. Great restaurants and shops are only a short drive away. There is a full-service Marina, and The Beer Store and LCBO are not far away. In addition to our private beach there is a large public beach walking distance that features a playground, beach volleyball courts and some ideal spots for fishing, along with washrooms and changerooms, plus a whole lot of sand for all to enjoy. You will love the modern, clean, and spacious layout of this cottage featuring a huge, fully equipped kitchen with a massive island, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, large table for dining, smart tv so you can stream all your favourite shows, and massive windows with views of the lake. The bedrooms feature double beds and the Master features a queen size bed with its own 3 piece ensuite.
You are sure to love the outdoor amenities, which include a spacious deck off the kitchen/great room. On the deck you will find an oversized patio table with seating for 6. There are lounge chairs with a cantilever umbrella and muskoka chairs positioned ideally to take in the breathtaking views. There is a propane BBQ, firepit, and beach toys for you to enjoy at the water's edge. The water is shallow with a gradual slope and has a sandy hard bottom making it ideal for everyone to enjoy. The lake is perfect for all types of water sports and features great fishing directly off the channel at the marina, so don't forget to bring your fishing rod!
Located close to the towns of Harrow (10 min) and Leamington (20 min) which include several convenient amenities such as golf courses, wineries, local craft breweries, grocery stores, boutique shopping downtown, unique restaurants, fresh market and produce stands, and so much more.

This cottage offers all of the comforts of home including municipal water (safe to drink), forced air gas furnace and central air, good internet, and all of the amenities you could require.
