This quaint new cottage, finished in 2023, is located on a stunning beachfront property on the warm waters of Northumberland Strait. Facing the incredible sunsets, this cottage is just steps away from the private sandy beach and is perfect for a couple with or without children.
This property is close to the bridge to PEI and the border crossing with Nova Scotia at Tidnish. Day trip options include Fundy National Park, Koujibouguac National Park, The Dunes at Bouctouche, the towns of Shediac and Sackville NB and Amherst NS, the popular tourist beaches of Parlee and Aboiteau and much, much more.
The cottage is equipped with all modern conveniences in a small space with a queen bedroom, bunk, 3-piece bath, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, range, microwave and table and chairs, along with a comfortable living area. Linens, dishes, pots and pans provided, along with beach towels and a supply of essentials like recycle bags, toilet paper and paper towel. Even a welcome bundle of firewood for your fire pit and outdoor seating. Internet provided although note that country internet is much slower than in the city. There are no laundry facilities although wash and dry can be arranged for a small charge.
