This four-bedroom home sits on an oversized lot on the beach and is only one block from Main Street.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are open-concept with cathedral ceilings.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor of 401 Lakeshore Blvd. South, both with queen beds. There is a main floor bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a walk-out deck overlooking the beach. It has a queen bed and smart TV with Netflix.

The second bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed and single bunk beds and a tv with a DVD player. There's a full bath on the upper level.

The living room has a 50" flat screen with satellite TV, a sofa bed, WiFi, and Netflix. There are 4 window A/C units, 2 upstairs (each bedroom) and 2 on the main level. Enjoy the sunset from the upper covered deck accessible from the second level. A new water filtration system with UV light and water softener has just been installed.

There are 2 Kayaks, 2 Stand-Up-Paddleboards and 4 Adult Bikes included with the rental, to use at your discretion. Lifejackets are also provided, bring your own bike helmet.

There's plenty of room to soak up the rays on the front patio or private fenced side yard.

This cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday to families only.

Dogs may be permitted for an extra fee of $100 per dog. Please inquire. Max 2 dogs.
