ONTARIO - St. Lawrence River - Experience the pristine THOUSAND ISLANDS from this breathtaking waterfront cottage. Relax in the turn-key, Adirondack-style cottage that sleeps four. The cottage is located on Wolfe Island, the largest of the Thousand Islands located on the St. Lawrence River. Wolfe Island and is accessible by ferry (FREE) from Kingston, Ontario or by ferry (fee charged) from Cape Vincent, USA .

Full kitchen includes stove, fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, all cooking requirements and all dishes & cutlery. The dining room seats 6 or you can bar-b-q outside and eat at the picnic table.
There is a flat screen TV with local channels only.
Two bedrooms - two single beds and one double bed. All linens and bathroom towels are included.
Excellent swimming. Wade in from gentle shore or jump off the dock. Excellent kayaking around the many bays and nature areas. Two kayaks are available. Yard ideal for playing lawn games. Fire pit for evening activities. We supply the wood.
From the cottage raised deck or from the private dock, you can enjoy unparalleled views of the river and beautiful sunrises. Morning coffee will never be the same again. The Thousand Islands are famous for crystal clear water, excellent fishing and natural wildlife. We have fishing gear available.
The Village of MARYSVILLE, on Wolfe Island, has a General Store with liquor/
beer and groceries. There are also three restaurants, a Golf course, Big Sandy Bay Park, Saturday Farmers' Market, exciting stores, a Museum, Art Gallery, bicycle rental, and a boat launch. There is an annual bicycle race and music festival held on Wolfe Island. In the Fall there's a popular Corn Maze.
KINGSTON: Fort Henry, Kingston Penitentiary Tours & Museum, Boat Museum, Boat Tours and Boat Dinner Tours, Farmers' Markets, Antique Market, lots of restaurants and Fine Dining, Theatre and lots of unique Shopping. Annual events include Buskers Festival, Limestone Blues Festival, Poker-Run Cigarette Boat Race and Food-In-The-Park. All this and more is just a free15-minute, ferry ride from the Island to downtown Kingston.
Gananoque: Thousand Island Theatre, Casino, Boat tours, Shopping. 30 minutes East. In August, Grassy Creek Park has the Annual International Sheep Dog Trials.
Our house is pet friendly, although due to allergies we cannot accept cats.
