Welcome to Little Lake! Located in a delightful, sought-after area, just south of highway 401 and minutes from the towns of Brighton and Colborne, this large lakefront cottage is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Located 1 hour and 20 minutes from downtown Toronto, right next to The Big Apple (5 minutes), Presqu'ile Provincial Park (15 minutes), and Prince Edward County (30 minutes). The property has four bedrooms (plus a landing with a pull-out couch), two bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room and dining room, with two lakefront patios and a dock. The water is lovely, with a sandy bottom, and a shallow walk out from the shore, or 4 feet deep off the end of the dock. The lake is about 1 km across, 4 km in circumference, perfect for water sports, or to jog/ stroll around!
Amenities include a pool table, propane BBQ, firepit, propane fire table, patio table that seats 8, a large back yard, a playground, and two sandboxes.

| Our family enjoyed everything about this cottage. Feels like a home. Awesome kitchen for gathering. Three lovely sitting areas at different levels. Shallow, sandy water was great. Paddle board was fun for touring around the lake. The hosts are friendly and made themselve available for communication when needed so we could ask questions.
