Built in 2014, Sunset Beach House is a bright, stylish and comfortable townhome, just steps from the beach. We are beside Beach Area 5, which is a large, family-friendly wooded area with washroom facilities and beach access. We cater to families and mature, adult groups.
Enjoy our waterfront view and terrace walk-outs from every 2nd and 3rd floor room. Relax on one of our north-facing terraces and enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound and beauty of Georgian Bay, with The Blue Mountains in the distance. The townhome is 2,200 square feet with 9-foot ceilings and many upgrades in 2021. There are 3.5 baths, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, two dining areas and two living areas on the first and third floors. The 3rd floor, north facing terrace has a comfortable conversation set.
Our beach house is the perfect accommodations for 2 families with sleeping space for 10 guests. The 4 bedrooms include two king suites with walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Children will love our log bunk bed and adults will appreciate our comfortable beds and heated floors. Executive office chairs and computer tables are located in both master suites plus we have an additional temporary desk and executive chair available.
We are close to all amenities. Nearby, there are trails and bike paths and activities such as mini golf, paddle surfing, jet-ski rentals, go karting, Blue Mountain's Scenic Caves and snowmobile trails. Driving distances are 15-20 minutes from Collingwood, 25-30 minutes from The Blue Mountains and 8 minutes from Wasaga Beach Area 1.
We follow all fire safety protocols and have been inspected by the Fire Department. Supplies such as toilet paper are provided to get you through the first few days.

You can also enjoy mini golf, the activities at Blue Mountain Village, the Scenic Caves, helicopter tours, axe throwing, bowling, paintball, skydiving, and other activities. There are many cideries and breweries in the area as well as one winery and there is much to do year round. We provide high-speed wifi, keyless front-door access and many games, puzzles and books.
