This classic 3-bedroom cottage is located at 281 Cole Blvd within the South Street subdivision of Southampton. While lovely and cozy on the inside, the large corner lot is what sets this place apart. The large private side yard gets a wonderful mix of sun and shade and can be used as a volleyball court. There is also a good-sized back deck which is set back from the very quiet tree-lined street, a firepit and horseshoes.

This cottage is just two blocks from popular South Beach swimming spot, 30 min walk into the lovely Southampton downtown and moments from the Rail Trail, which makes it a short bike ride into Port Elgin.

Equipped with basic kitchen equipment including: cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking implements, coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, stove and BBQ. As well as an air conditioner, clothesline, Smart TV and internet. Blankets and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels, toiletries and firewood.
