An escape with family and friends, for winter or summer.
Winter activities nearby include, hockey tournaments, ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, trail riding (quads, side-by-side or snow mobile) and hiking.
It's time to relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful North Humberland Strait in the ideally located seaside village of Bouctouche. This escape is at the heart of Acadian culture, right along the Acadian Coastal Drive and there is no place like this location in the spring and summertime.
The house has comfortable rooms, seating with all requirements for great meals, and ample space for relaxing times surrounded by the quietness of nature and close to all amenities and many activities. Aside from the fresh ocean air, the grounds have lovely, grassed areas with water and country views. The large two tier deck provides additional space with a dining area and a fire table both with seating for 6 each. Our 3 bedroom home has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a 3rd bedroom with two single beds. Do you prefer the singles to be a double bed instead? Just ask! We are happy to accommodate.
There is space for eating/ BBQing, relaxing, watching TV, and playing games or curling up with a good book on rainy days and quiet evenings with two separate sitting areas-Upstairs with views of the strait and a downstairs family room where the kids can just hang out.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you'll need to provide a great meal. Ask us how we can help by providing your personal chef for any special occasion!
Just arrive and enjoy! We have everything you need: The basics of laundry, dish and hand soaps, the linens for all beds plus extra blankets, and all towels are provided, plus a fully equipped laundry room. Charging Station upstairs and down, WIFI, ROKU TV with basic local TV Channels.
Activities Close By This area is full of history and offers many attractions and is part of the Acadian Coastal Drive: the theatrical village of Le Pays de la Sagouine, the beautiful neo-gothic style building of Kent Museum, and the diverse Irving Eco Centre and Irving Arboretum. Reserve Saturday morning for coffee and breakfast at the Bouctouche Farmers Market. The Bouctouche Dunes are just 10 minutes away and provide a great beach experience, although there are many sweet roadside beaches nearby too.
