NOTES
By booking with us, you agree to the following house and resort rules and this will be considered a binding contract:
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside cottages (including screened in porches) or in common areas. The resort may apply penalties.
Some pets are allowed. A $300.00 charge will be deducted from the damage deposit if pets are brought in without prior approval. Please inquire as some exceptions may apply.
Shoes should be kept in the covered veranda please.
The cottage should be left in a reasonably clean condition and any garbage removed upon departure. Additional fees may apply if the cottage has been left in an abnormally dirty condition.
No operating the bbq on the veranda, as it is a fire hazard.
Check in is between 3:30pm - 7pm. No earlier as time is required for cleaning between guests. Please advise if arriving after 7pm, and arrangements will be made accordingly.
Check out is 10am sharp, as cleaning starts.
Please return all keys, parking and gate passes at check out, or fees may apply as per resort policies.
No extra house guests unless those listed in the booking, to a maximum of 6 persons.
This is a short term stay only, as set out with the dates selected. We do not have monthly accommodations.
