Just listed, brand new opening! This is your chance for an incredible getaway. Be the first to experience this secluded lakefront property. Stunning elevated lake view, beautiful new large deck, sand beach, spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, brand new beds plus a pull-out couch, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, kayaks, fast, reliable Starlink wifi and much more. The property is over 120 acres with 3000 feet of shoreline. Beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, water is on Lake Huron, very swimmable. Front deck is where you will most likely spend all your time, looking out towards the lake the sound of crashing waves will bring you peace. When you are not on the deck, you may explore our very long beach out to the rock point for beautiful sunsets. We also have a firepit/ burning area you can setup chairs to enjoy.
We have a strong and fast internet signal, using starlink satellite internet for our rural location. Enjoy our reliable quality internet speed.
Inside there is a large kitchen with lots of storage space, easy for 2 people to work in to cook and prepare meals. 6 seater dining table with chairs that can also expand if needbe. 5 bedrooms are cottage size + pullout couch if needed also. Living room has seating for several people, large flatscreen TV with online streaming abilities. Please use your own logins through streaming, logout when you leave.
Both bathrooms have showers, main has a tub. Laundry has lots of storage and space.
You get access to whole house and anywhere on the 100+ acre property except the workshop or bunkie (at this time).
Garage, house, deck, yard, beach etc all accessible.
