Tastefully designed brand new (built in 2023) 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom 3000 sqft Lakehouse perched up on stunning Canadian Shield sits on 2.5 acres. Facing directly across the lake you can enjoy the best sunsets you'll find in Ontario through the wall of windows, the muskoka room or from the 800 sqft deck that wraps around the front side and back. Located on a peninsula on Spring Lake, the water is sparkling clear and benefits from having 250 ft of shoreline plus 11 acres of crown land directly next to us creating ultimate privacy. This spacious layout is perfect for multi family groups to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Wake up to the still lake and calm setting and enjoy breakfast on the deck, at the table or sitting at the island overlooking the lake views. Take in the views from up on the deck or enjoy some fun by the water on the dock or waterside deck. There is a picnic table, bbq and umbrella on the deck by the water where you can have lunch. There are a couple of kayaks and a lily pad attached to the dock for the whole family to enjoy. Of course life jackets are there as well for adults and kids. Watch the sunset from the dock, cottage, deck or 7 person hot tub and then make your way over to a beautiful campfire area next to the cottage. The cottage itself is spacious and plenty of room for everyone with a beautiful large dinning table that fits 10-12 people comfortably. There are 2 full fridges and a beverage centre fridge. 2 BBQs (1 on cottage deck and 1 on deck by the water).
Lake access with deck and dock by the water. The water can be walked into from a shallow entry point at the shoreline or you can jump off the dock with the water being 7-8 ft deep at the end of the dock and drops off significantly after that. Lake is 125-185ft deep in most areas. Note: there are a number of stairs to get to water from the cottage, enjoy the views on the walk down as the lake reveals itself. Private space with only one neighbour in sight. Property abuts 11 acres of crown land so it is super private and you can go for a hike through the woods to see the point of the peninsula!
You'll have access to entire property with the exception of the locked garage and the boat is off limits due to liability.

| If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, getaway, look no further. One of our favorite parts of the trip was relaxing in the screened-in porch and listening to the loons on the pristine quiet bay. When we wanted to soak up the weather, the large deck provided tons of sun and featured a fabulous BBQ for our outdoor dinners. The views are outstanding!
Inside, the space is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The stunning modern kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you could think of! The bedrooms are all equipped with incredibly comfortable beds!
The amenities here truly take the experience to the next level. There was endless entertainment with the provided games, a great speaker for music, a large TV over the fireplace for movie nights, an outdoor fire pit, a ping pong table & basketball game. Topping it all off was the hot tub and outdoor shower—an absolute dream for unwinding in the evenings!
The owner, Eddie, is a fantastic host. He is a remarkably fast communicator, incredibly easy to deal with, and answered any questions we had promptly. I highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for a five-star escape!

| We jumped into a last min deal with Eddie's cottage. Right from the start he was easy to deal with. He is very meticulous about his cottage as he should! The pictures don't do it justice. Complete serenity and silence. If you are looking to cleanse your aura come check this cottage. Our group of 15 including kids had a blast. We all wished we could have stayed the week. Thank you Eddie for inviting us into your space like family.

| Our group of 12 had a wonderful time at this cottage! 3 families, each with 2 (over 18) children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and is beautiful inside & out. We enjoyed the views from the back deck, the sunsets were truly amazing.
The stairs down to the water were very manageable.. just plan for your day & take what you need with you. The fridge/bbq on the lower deck was a definite plus!
The cottage owner, Eddie, is great to work with and quick to respond to any questions you might have.
