This recently constructed cottage is bright open, and spacious with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms with queen mattresses and one bedroom with queen and a bunk bed with 2 singles. This cottage has everything you need to enjoy an amazing vacation with your family or friends. Cottage comes complete with stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric frypan, sandwich press, crockpot, and toaster, Complete pots, pans, dishes, cups & kitchen utensils. Board games in the upper closet and yard games in the back shed.Gas fireplace, central AC, Wifi included, 55-inch fire stick smart tv. Propane BBQ, fire-pit, shed for storage, outdoor shower, and a spacious back yard for yard games. with pattern concrete deck with gazebo. Included are comforters, pillows , and 1 set of sheets and bath towels.(not beach towels) All you have to bring is clothing, food, toiletries and beach stuff (including beach towels). If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store down the road. | I cannot say enough good things about our cottage stay here. The cottage was spotless and came equipped with literally anything you'd need. From kitchen equipment and utensils, towels, cleaning products, beach gear and yard and board games too! The location is perfect as the beach is just a short walk across the street. The beach is clean and sandy and the water is shallow (which is a huge plus for people with small children). So many great restaurants and shops within short driving distances. Roger was great with communication and a great host overall. Highly recommend!
