GENERAL INFO: Lakefront Cottage on Riley Lake in Muskoka, located 35 minutes from Gravenhurst, Ontario. Three Bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Large kitchen comes complete with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Makers, and Popcorn Machine. Four-piece Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and Laundry Room has full sized Washer and Dryer. Large screen TV in the living room. Unlimited Wi Fi with excellent reception. Rental includes a propane BBQ, Private Deck, Dock, Paddle Boat, and Canoe. Life Jackets and boating safety equipment are included with both boats. Motorized fishing boats are sometimes available for rent, locally. Non-smoking home, on a level lot with Western Exposure and ample parking. Great fishing (Bass, Pike, and Pickerel). There is a Cleaning Fee of $175.00 for any length of stay. There are smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit to give you an added degree of comfort in terms of safety. We are fully booked for 2025, but available dates to book in 2026 will be available as of Easter Weekend in 2026.
To book (or for further information) please call or text Rick at 416 938-8672. Phone calls and texts messages will often be answered before email. I will respond to my email but it is only checked about once per day. There is a Rental Agreement that must be signed, and a $500.00 Security Deposit that must be paid, with every rental. Please note that the Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT) is a mandatory 4% tax that must be charged on all rentals. However, neither the Rental Fee nor the Cleaning Fee are subject to GST/HST, so the prices listed are the total cost, including all applicable taxes.

| This waterfront cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The property is absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, private, and with the most stunning views of the water. It honestly felt like something out of a postcard.
The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into every detail.
The hosts were truly incredible. So friendly, welcoming, and full of wonderful stories that made the whole experience even more special. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset. It was pure perfection and we didn't want to leave.
If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway with amazing hosts and unbeatable views, this is the place. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us!

| My family and I had a great stay for the weekend at Rick's cottage. It was very cozy, clean and freshly built. We also enjoyed the beautiful Riley lake, jumping from the dock and taking many water activities like mini catamaran, canoe and paddle board, kids had a lot of fun with these. The lake is deep with all rock around, so my wife was happy about clear water and no algae around. A separate highlight is extensive DVD movie collection - what a gem - my kids had a taste of the 'olden days' with it and watched a couple of good movies. All in all a great place to stay and we will be coming back.

| What an amazing cottage! The hosts were very gracious and provided everything, the cottage itself is very modern and has everything you need. The living space is extremely comfortable, and the same for the outdoor areas, which gave us many areas to sit (dock, porch, dining area). We will be back for sure!

| My friends and I had the most amazing getaway weekend at this cottage! Rick's cottage location was out of this world. The cottage itself was beautiful—cozy and the perfect size for an intimate get-together. We spent all day out on the deck and swimming in Riley Lake, which was the perfect water to relax in. The weather couldn't have been better. Rick his and family were right beside us and were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and never disturbed us, which made the stay feel private and relaxing. Truly the perfect spot, and we can't wait to come back!

| Absolutely loved our stay at Rick and Annette's cottage. The cottage was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and had lots of space for cooking. Great swimming off the dock, water was warm and weed free. We used their kayaks often. Rick and Annette were absolutely lovely hosts, very quick and clear communication. I look forward to staying here again as soon as possible!
