This beauty includes a dock as well as lots of entertainment, making it perfect for a large group of family and friends. This cottage includes 1 queen size bed, 1 King along with an Ensuite bathroom in master bedroom and a solarium. 2nd guest bathroom with heated flooring. Also includes double beds, a bunk bed and crib and fold out couch, Extra office space in basement, Futon bed and air mattress is also included for whose that need it. Full size and spacious closet in basement with separate entrance door.The outdoors include dock with boating, hot tub, barbecue, firepit and patio seating. | My friends and I had an amazing experience at this beautiful water front cottage. It slept all 6 of us and everyone kept saying how comfortable the beds were. The hot tub was great, we were able to fit 3 people comfortably without it overflowing. The scenery around the cottage was gorgeous, especially with all of the snow on the trees. We ended up walking out to the water access and exploring the lake, which is quite private as there are no cottages on the opposite side of the lake. We kept saying how great it would be to rent it in the summer and be able to swim and take the kayaks out. Another benefit of this place is it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere but Huntsville is only 25min away, Arrowhead Provincial Park, where we went skating was 15min and Sandhill Nursery's Forest of Lights was 27 minutes, it felt very central to everything. To top it all off the hosts were very accommodating and made sure that we knew they were available if we had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying at this cozy cottage no matter the season!

| I would highly recommend staying at Sue and Basils cottage. It has everything you need. The solarium is also great addition! We enjoyed the pool table, fireplace and the proximity to the skating trail. It was an excellent winter vacation.
Sue was very nice and excellent at communicating!

| Exceeded our expectations! When we pulled up, we were in awe!
This cottage is wonderful!!! Beautiful area and the owners were super ! They were very helpful and fast in response to any of our questions/concerns.
We traveled with all ages and everyone had a great time. It was a well stocked beautiful space ! We loved the wrap around deck and chipmunks!!!!!!!
We cannot wait to return to our new annual vacation spot!

| My family and I highly enjoyed renting this cottage! The hosts were super friendly and very responsive! The kitchen was very spacious and was very well stocked. We enjoyed having lots of space to spread out inside and outside the cottage. It's a great cottage for a larger group. We also greatly appreciated that the beds were all super comfortable. My husband highly enjoyed the sunroom as it felt like an extra bonus room, it let in lots of natural sunlight and was a great space to hang out in. The cottage had lots of things to do such as playing pool and ping pong and having lots of games to play and puzzles to do. We appreciated having use of the hot tub and having boats to use on the lake. The lake is super clean to swim in and it was great having a walk in sandy beach. Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this cottage again in the future!

| I stayed at Sue and Basil's place for a long weekend in June and had a great experience. The cottage is clean, is in a great location relevant to Huntsville and an assortment of outdoor activities (i.e. golf) and has everything you need to host a larger group of people comfortably (I.e. kitchen has all pots, pans, plates and utensils you need). The large deck with the BBQ and hot tub meant everyone could sit outside comfortably and enjoy themselves. The water access/dock was great and the and assortment of water toys (paddle boards, canoe) made for a great 'beach' day. Basil and Sue were very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. I really appreciate their hospitality and will be back!
