Waterfront cottage for rent!!!!! Located at St Andrew Lake, Godfrey!!! 35 mins from Kingston, 90 mins to Ottawa, 55 mins to Thousand Island and 3 hours from Toronto. It's in Central Frontenac region. 1.5 acres of privacy and hussle free land with trails to water spot and walkable distance to famous K&P trails where you can enjoy cycling, ATV, snow mobile etc if you have?..more than 5 parking spaces. Outdoor fire pit, dinning areas ,swing ,3 Hammock, Hot Tub with five seats and a lounge, trampoline, volleyball court , bbq etc?.Three deck and one dock for sitting?charging station for RV trails with additional charge.. Two kayak, pedal boat, life jackets and fishing rods 2+1 bedroom and 1+1/ 2 wash rooms, brand new washer and dryer and a small reading room . Three queen size bed , one twin bunk bed, two sofa set and one single air mattress available. 8-10 people can sleep and , additional money for extra person?
We can provide 20 L of drinking water and if you need more, you would have to bring it.
Its a no smoking, pet free cottage and minimum stay is three nights?Pillows,bed sheets, comforter set, Bath towels will be provided. Fully equipped kitchen with oil, pepper, sugar,salt ,dish soap,coffee maker, cutleries etc

| The combination of mold concerns, poor sanitation, unsafe conditions, lack of functioning cooking facilities, and inaccurate listing information resulted in a rental that was not suitable for our family. We checked out earlier than planned.
Other issues:
• Non-functional stove
• Toaster oven not suitable for our family of 10
• Toaster and kettle were unclean (kettle coated with calcium inside)
• Non-functional BBQ
• The hot tub was unclean with a terrible odour
• There was an ant infestation in the kitchen and in 1 bathroom.
• The ceiling had numerous holes covered with duct tape.
• The patio door screen did not close properly. The tracks were black with dirt - algae running along the base of the door. Windows were unclean.
• The upstairs patio door did not have a screen.
• The screened-in gazebo was damaged with numerous holes, and did not zip up
• The canoe was listed as an amenity, but the paddles provided were broken and unusable.
• The listing stated there was a whirlpool bath, which was false. The only place to bathe was a walk-in shower. This makes it very difficult for people with young children.
• The listing stated that the cottage accommodated 11 people, yet the dining table only had three functional chairs (a fourth chair was split in half).
• The listing states there's a playground, however, this is false.
• The listing states there's a small reading room, however, this is also false.

| Aneesh is a wonderful host and the place is simply amazing. Very private and quiet. Aneesh made sure we had everything needed for a great stay and he answered all questions we had proactively.
Only issue was the pedals in the pedal boat been stuck sometimes but that was not a big deal for us as we were there in late Fall and wasn't planning to explore being out on the water much so didn't have any complain. Overall this is such an amazing place and I'd definitely love to come back again in summers.

| I had a great stay at Gabriel's cottage. The location was beautiful and quiet, the cottage was well equipped, and the amenities, such as the hot tub, were great. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very easy to deal with. I would definitely return for another visit.

| An excellent holiday experience it was. The location of the cottage itself is very calm and quiet. It had all the amenities we would look for. Beautiful waterfront where you can go fishing, kayaking or boating. Hospitality at its best. They were very responsive at all times of our stay and met all our expectations. Also had kids games and crafts which made kids enjoy a lot there during our stay. Fully recommend if you are seeking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

| The location of Gabriel cottage is extremely peaceful. This cottage has a lot of playground equipment, which the kids certainly liked. There is lake not far from the cottage if you want to go fishing. The nearest grocery shop is only a 5-10 minute drive away. I would advise anyone who spent time on their holiday that this cottage is worth it.
