The Birch Grove Escape is all about the outdoors! Located in Spruce Sands, this pet friendly cottage is approximately 12 minutes North of Gimli and one hour from Winnipeg's North Perimeter. This gem is tucked away on a large treed lot (177' by 122') on a quiet cul-du-sac. The property backs on to Crown land and is next to the Spruce Bay Nature Trail, providing lots of privacy, as well as trails and forest to explore. Access to the lake and a beautiful sandy beach is less than a 10 minute walk away.

This cottage has something for everyone! The spacious back yard is perfect for games, bonfires and allowing your fur babies and/or kids some room to run. People seem to love the experience of using the outdoor shower! The front deck is great for hanging out with lots of space and features a BBQ, outdoor dining furniture, a swing and a couple of loungers. The front driveway provides room for multiple vehicles as well as an RV plug.

There are plenty of amenities to enjoy inside. Your cottage in the woods has 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 1 twin) with custom, hand crafted headboards and hotel quality bedding. There is one indoor 3- piece bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware to meet your cooking needs. The dining table has chairs for 8 people and there is an attached sitting room with a sleeper sofa and chairs. This area is full of windows so you can enjoy the views out front, including the deer who visit frequently. The large 4 season sunroom is encircled with windows, so you can still enjoy the beautiful surroundings out back. There is a large sectional that pulls out to a double bed and 65" TV. A custom designed electric fireplace is available when a little heat is needed.
