NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE BEACH FLATS and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Failure to abide by this policy will result in the forfeit of your damage deposit
Guests agree they are responsible for any damage, repair, disrepair, unscheduled maintenance, and extra cleaning as a result of their stay, even when costs exceed the damage deposit. Guests agree to reimburse owners immediately upon receipt of a bill.
CANCELLATION CHARGES APPLY
-All funds are forfeited if the flats cannot be re-rented. We will do our best to re-rent the beach flat, if it be re-rented, a cancellation fee equal to one night's booking will apply.
