The main floor features an open concept design, comprising a spacious chef's kitchen, a coffee bar, a dining area, a living area, a lounge, a workspace, and a ping pong table. Just around the corner, you'll discover a bathroom with a tub shower and energy-efficient laundry facilities. Through the French doors, a vast sunroom awaits, offering an endless dining area with captivating lake views and a boho lounge. Upstairs, a long hallway leads to rooms on each side, including seven bedrooms with a total of nine beds, as well as two newly renovated bathrooms. For your peace of mind, there is an exit available that leads to the backyard, where stairs provide safe access. The cottage provides various living and seating spaces, allowing you to relax and unwind. Take in the views from the sunroom or enjoy a cozy Netflix binge on the couch. Challenge your friends and family to a lively ping pong match, engage in board games, or grab a book for your leisurely enjoyment.
Outdoors, there's something for everyone to indulge in! The lodge boasts over an acre of land, with more than 100 feet of private waterfront access. Kayaks and canoes are at your disposal for exploring the lake and nearby islands. Relax on the dock or deck, enjoy a picnic in the yard, or partake in tennis, basketball, or ball hockey on the private court. Engage in various sports or outdoor games on the expansive front yard.
