The Narrows Cottage - Beautiful Quiet Retreat

Welcome to the Narrows, a beautiful waterfront cottage in the quaint hamlet of Coe Hill near Bancroft and Apsley on Wollaston Lake Ontario.

A three bedroom (two queen, one double, note: two queen air mattresses also available) and large bright living room with two large sofas with direct access to a wrap around deck and outdoor BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms each have their own cottage theme and the master has a walk out to a screened in Muskoka room. Each bedroom comes equipped with a baseboard heater and ceiling fan.

Kitchen includes new stove with convection/air fry oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, soda stream, and ice maker. There is a live edge island with breakfast bar seating.

There is no TV however there is an ipad and there is a projector. There is no internet however there is excellent cell service with a cell tower within eye sight of the cottage.

This cottage is your personal 2-acre resort with several separate and distinct relaxing social areas including a 800 sqft dock with ladder and space for two boats, a large waterfront deck with seating for 10+, a very large screened in solarium with seating for 10+ (can also fit 2 queen air mattresses), a upper deck with dinning table for 6, Muskoka sitting area for 6 with propane fire pit, and a fir pit area for wood burning fires.

Water toys include 4 kayaks, 1 canoe, 2 Stand Up Paddle boards, 2 relaxing air tubes, and pool noodles. Life jackets are available however we recommend you also bring your own for sizing.
