Please take a look at our wonderful cozy cottage, and the best part, it is priced right for that great family vacation Fall and winter months are available. Welcome to The Pine Paddle Cottage. A cozy two bedroom, one bath cottage located on beautiful Mink Lake located 30 minutes north of Bancroft, and 35 minutes to Algonquin Park. A perfect retreat for the avid ATV rider, snowmobiler, cross country skiing, cyclist, hiker and fisherman/ woman. Minutes from Hastings Heritage trail system and several lakes.
Mink Lake is a gorgeous lake with amazing views. This cozy cottage comfortably sleeps 6 adults, 2 bedrooms, 2 piece bathroom and offer a unique outdoor shower with HOT water with a BIG rain head !!!

We supply all the necessities, linens, beach towels, paper towel, kleenex, aluminum foil pans, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, spices and oils, toilet paper to get you started on your vacay. For those who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a BBQ (all propane included) on the deck for summer grilling. We also provide a dock and slip for those wishing to bring their own boat/jet skis. Boat launch is two minutes away.
Sleeps six (6) comfortably, we have air conditioning for the summer, and propane heat for the winter months.
Plenty of yard space for play, outdoor games (we have some great outdoor games for you), and best of all full access for hiking to The Lookout (see photos), biking, jumping off the big rock (kids LOVE the rock and just steps away from this cottage), walks and adventure. High Falls, Silent Lake, Eagles Nest and Algonquin National Park all within 35 minute drive.
Weather not ideal.........The Town of Bancroft is a 30 minute drive away where you can visit the quaint shops, pubs, local restaurants and an amazing micro brewery. We also provide a large collection of board games, card games, a library of books, satellite TV and flat screen TV to watch any of the 200+ movies/TV shows we have available for a cozy movie night.

| This cottage was the perfect getaway for our family. Excellent amenities including paddle boat, kayak and paddle board which highlighted the vacation. The cottage is on a beautiful lake, well equipped and very clean. Our host, Margo was great to deal with, courteous and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, the rental experience was excellent and the location beautiful.

| The Pine Paddle did not disappoint! This was our second year renting and will not be our last. Great swimming and fishing, the property has everything you need, this cottage is cute as a button and very clean. So awesome to enjoy the kayak and paddle board that is provided, the fire pit is such a great set up. Tv and wifi for the teenagers or rainy days, however we lucked out both years in a row with amazing weather. Can't wait to go back next summer!
