This home is fully equipped and accessible year round. Equally beautiful in the summer, winter, spring and fall months with so many things to do.

The area is known for it's beautiful sandy beaches and the quaint towns of Penetanguishene and Midland that are just a 10 minute drive away. In the summer months, enjoy weekly live bands and restaurants at Balm Beach and access to several public beaches.

If you prefer the snow, there are many great trails for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. For downhill ski slopes, you have the Blue Mountains; a 50 minutes drive and Horseshoe Valley and Mount St Louis approximately 25 minutes away.
