Screened in back porch 4 man barrel style HOTTUB (3 season). FLAT YARD for activities. Wood for FIRE PIT. Mins to downtown BOBCAYGEON for Grocery, LCBO, restaurants, and public park/beach. Great for multi-gen'l families. Master BR on main floor for ACCESSIBILITY concerns.

The waterfront home has a fabulous resort quality to it. The water entry is clear, shallow with sand and rocks. The yard is flat, making it ideal for many activities. The grounds are professionally landscaped with beautiful hastas, hydrangeas, ferns, lavender. There are 2 tables with umbrellas for comfortable seating for 8 people by the water. There are also 6 lounge chairs on the patio. The hottub is circular and shallow with bench style seating. Nice to warm up in or enjoy on a fairweather day. The new weber grill is on wheels so you can bbq from anywhere. For those rainy days there is a screened in porch ideal for lounging any time of day during any weather. Nap on the couch, drink your coffee with a lake view. The outdoor fire pit is ready for use.

The home itself has a traditional flair with cozy cottage highlights from the deer head to the wainscoting and hardwood floors. Wrapped in an open concept design including second storey cat walk. The rooms are airy, spacious and clean with natural lighting. The kitchen is large and spacious for many people coming and going with well appointed cupboards and drawers for all needs! Sit lakeside on the dock, lounge on the patio, breakfast on the screened in back porch - the choice is yours! Guests have included wedding guests, romantic getaways, family gatherings, family R&R, and the perfect city escape.
