Bedroom 3 - Queen Bunk Bed with built in storage in the walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4 - Double Bed
Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed
Bathroom 2 - 3 piece bath with walk-in shower
Restrictions:
- No smoking inside any structure
- No pets
- No parties
- No fireworks
- No loud music
- No special events or large gatherings
- The maximum number of guests at any time is 8
Housekeeping:
- Towels and linens are provided (for up to 8 ppl)
- The cottage will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay
- You're expected to leave the cottage tidy and to put everything back how you found it
- Please do not strip the beds, the cleaners will take care of that

- Signed rental agreement
- List of all guests and ages
- 50% of total booking costs (remaining 50% due 30 days before your stay)
