This property is beside Beach 5, with walking trails, kids' playground, and beachfront. Beach 4 is a short walk also. The Shore Lane Trail runs through these parks, great for walking, bicycling, and running your remote control cars!

The house is three levels, parking for one car (outside driveway parking spot). There are balcony walkouts from every bedroom, some facing streetfront, and some facing beachfront.

To enhance the enjoyment of this space, there is a wet bar with coffeemaker, tea kettle for morning beverages, and a bar fridge for bevvies and snacks.
