Large waterfront cottage with four bedrooms off quiet road on Baptiste Lake. Two large living rooms. Good Wifi and comes with kayaks, a canoe and SUPS. Cottage has four bedrooms including a large master bedroom. Outdoor fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining area. Dock is suitable for guests who wish to bring a boat. Lots of parking. For winter guests the location is great for snowmobilers and ice fishing. The lake is frozen typically from December to April. Dartboard, fooz ball, various board games and books and Smart television. Office areas in warming room and large master bedroom or at dining table or kitchen table for those that need to plug in their computer and work for a bit. Wood burning fireplace is great in the winter. No air conditioning but upstairs bedrooms have fans and screened windows. Not a luxury cottage but it has the amenities needed and has several windows offering great views of the lake. The view of the lake from the second floor master bedroom is great for those who don't mind being woken by the sunrise (or use the curtains if not).
