Fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room with large dining table and seating for 8. Relax on the large screened-in porch and the front deck overlooking the lake. Farm lake is ideal for relaxing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and exploring. It is a private lake accessible only to the residents of the lake (no public access, no public boat launch). Experience nature, relax by the dock listening to the sound of loons and watching the bald eagles and Great Blue Herons fly by. *The shoreline is naturalized. Farm Lake water levels are controlled by a dam located at the outlet of Kashwakamak Lake (flooding and erosion control). Water levels will vary by season. The water depth at the end of the aluminum dock is approximately 4 feet. The swimming raft positioned further out allows for a splash entry to the lake.
*We provide hand towels, pillows, linens, and blankets. Please bring your own Bath Towels and Beach Towels.
*We also supply hand soap, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning products.
*There are two sources of heat inside the property: High Efficiency Wood Stove (WETT Certified) and Heat/Cooling (A/C) split unit, located above the front door, remote control operated.
***Garbage and recycling must be taken to the Waste Center. Two locations close by (10 minutes and 14 minutes away). Details posted on the fridge and in the house manual.

| This cottage was the perfect getaway for our family who wanted to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend time with our adult children and granddaughter. We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to details. The cottage was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Magdalena went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to small rapids by kayak or canoe provided. We watched the most beautiful sunrise while sitting around the fire pit enjoying a great cup of coffee. The screened in room was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas in July (but in August ) with our baby granddaughter. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Magdalena's place to anyone looking for memorable experience.
