Newly renovated, this lake front cottage has boho luxury vibes and stunning sunrises. Situated in Spruce Sands, your vacation escape is 12 minutes north of Gimli and only 1 hour from Winnipeg's north perimeter.
Once you arrive, you will be drawn to the large deck and outdoor entertainment area, fire pit off to the side and a dog run for your furry best friend. Through the front door your eyes are drawn to the wall of windows looking out over the lake and quiet sandy beach. The entire cottage is wrapped in warm white shiplap and ceiling throughout. With a host of amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, this piece of paradise is one you can share with family or friends. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living space is super cozy and stylish. The large island with seating for 4 is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out to the lake or to enjoy your pre-dinner drinks as you wind down the day. All beds have 8-inch memory foam mattresses, hotel quality sheets, comforters and pillows. There are 2 full bathrooms, one being the primary bedroom ensuite, a washer and dryer, high speed wifi, chrome cast, google home, exterior security system and an electronic door lock for contactless entry. Our professional cleaner ensures the cottage is throughly cleaned between renters.
