Located on the ocean in Point Prim, Prince Edward Island, this charming waterfront home includes all the features necessary for a relaxing vacation. This estate can house 6 people and is situated on a large 6 acre lot with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and take in magnificent views of the Northumberland Strait. The beach is excellent for swimming, walking, bonfires, and finding treasures. The world-renowned Point Prim chowder house and lighthouse are a short walk up the road.

Note: The summer home is a 7 minute drive from Cooper's general store where you can get gas, liquor, groceries, and more. It is also 30 minutes from the town of Montague, here there are stores, breweries, a marina, and more! The Wood Islands ferry is a 24 minute drive from the home. Charlottetown, the capital of PEI, is a 38 minute drive from the home.
