Valley Haven Lakehouse is a new listing and is truly a small slice of paradise in the heart of the Annapolis Valley.
Enjoy this private and peaceful lakefront location on a beautiful and mainly non-motorized lake. Feel like you're away from it all, while also being a short drive to some of the best sights and amenities in this part of the valley.
*Location Info:
Tupper Lake is in a perfect location! You can drive to Kentville in under 15mins; to Wolfville, Grand Pré or Port Williams in about 20mins; wineries, trails, farmers markets and several breathtaking Bay of Fundy beaches are all found within 10-30mins of our location.
We are about 70-75mins from Halifax and Halifax Stanfield Int.'l Airport. The closest conveniences (grocery store, gas stations, fast food) are a 7-8min drive.
*Inside Valley Haven Lakehouse:
The house (single storey) is 1000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, has laundry facilities and is air conditioned.
Modern inviting interior with a beautiful and functional kitchen, and a bright living and dining space (with stunning lake views from the sliding doors). If you can't fully "unplug" during your stay, our solid WiFi will help keep you connected.
Main bedroom:
1 King Size bed (premium mattress and bedding for extra comfort), closet, 2 dressers and a 42" TV (cable channels)
2nd bedroom:
1 Queen Size bed (murphy bed with premium mattress and bedding)
1 Double Size sofa bed/
hide-a-bed (sofa bed has a quality memory foam pad for extra comfort)
Bathroom:
Stand up shower only, with detachable shower head (no bathtub)
Toilet and single sink/vanity
Kitchen/Dining/Living:
Open concept with modern finishes, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, indoor and outdoor dishes, cutlery) and a peninsula with 2 barstools; separate dining table and chairs for meals.
Living room has a full sized couch, a love seat, 55" Smart TV (login to your own streaming services; has cable channels/pvr), a corner sitting nook, a guitar for guest use, board games and some books.
*Outside Valley Haven Lakehouse:
This is where you'll want to spend most of your time. There is a large deck facing the lake that features: a hot tub (fits up to 4 ppl), a BBQ, an outdoor sitting area, an outdoor dining area, and a giant umbrella to help maximize your outdoor time.
Boats available for guest use:
1 paddle board, 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 1 pedal boat. Life jackets in various sizes are also available.
There is shallow entry into the lake on our private shoreline, a private dock with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lovely views or see the stars at night, a hammock to relax in, and a clothesline.
Private paved driveway, and keyless entry with a personal code assigned to you during your stay.
There is so much to enjoy both at the property and in the surrounding area, you truly have the best of all worlds here!

Please send us an inquiry through Cottages In Canada with your desired dates and any questions you may have. We will send over a rental contract for you to review and sign. 50% of your total is due at the time of booking, with the other 50% due 7 days before your arrival. Bookings made for stays less than 7 days away require 100% payment at time of booking. We are dog-friendly (upon owner pre-approval).

Nightly Rentals (2 night minimum) $250/night inclusive
Pet fee (dogs only): $30 per stay
Cleaning fee: $120 per stay
Damage Deposit: $300 (refundable within 5 days of check-out if no damage)
